The VP of Finance is responsible for providing leadership, financial planning and analysis, reporting, budget management to the finance department. The VP of Finance is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, transactions, receivables, payables, and financial reporting. You will work with other team members to meet monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting and reporting deadlines internally and externally in line with management, board of directors, and shareholder requirements. This individual must hold a strong board presence and have experience presenting deals for execution. You will need to provide exceptional leadership qualities and regular communication to your staff, peers and leadership to ensure you are following company standard values and culture.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related field. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within Accounting or Finance. Experience managing the board and shareholders. Ability to understand business drivers, financial analysis and modeling. Experience within risk management, insurance and compliance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in Tech, Construction, Manufacturing, or Transportation. Valid TWIC card (must have the ability to obtain one).
