A client in Seattle is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Associate to their Finance/Accounting team to assist with vendor maintenance processes. This candidate will be working in a fast paced environment collaborating with different departments in the company. This role requires experience with vendor maintenance to focus on vendor creation, updates, onboarding requirements, and auditing for key SOX control within vendor creation. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and someone that is a critical thinker to step into this role and hit the ground running with the tasks at hand. Required Skills & Experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. 2-5 years of payable processing experience to include enterprise level, high volume payables, AND vendor creation. SAP experience Associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar profession Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively with various internal levels and departments Comfortable with a fast paced and ambiguous work environment
