E-Commerce Specialist Pay:
$20 - $29/hr Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist with a proven background in managing E-Commerce accounts. In this role, youll report directly to the E-Commerce Leader and work within a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages growth. Youll enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, spending at least 40% of your time at our headquarters in Collierville. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage product information on the companys Product Information Management (PIM) system to keep our website current, adding and editing product listings, categories, and statuses as needed. Implement promotions and markdowns in line with campaign schedules and seasonal strategies, and manage evergreen product bundles and upsell integrations. Regularly analyze website performance metrics, share best practices, and conduct efficiency audits to ensure optimal website health. Monitor customer experience touchpoints to improve satisfaction and reduce costs, ensuring accurate merchandising and developing/test strategies for promotions and bundles. Review the performance of third-party apps and highlight key areas for IT assessment to boost engagement, Average Order Value (AOV), and repeat purchases, troubleshooting and resolving site issues as needed with partners. Take ownership of assigned tasks and assist the E-Commerce Leader and Development team with site enhancements, testing, and special projects beyond standard requests. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Demonstrated experience with E-Commerce or ERP platforms (Magento and NetSuite preferred). Proficiency with CRM software, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other E-Commerce tools to drive data-informed decisions. Solid understanding of web design, website architecture, and SEO principles to optimize web performance and search visibility. Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools, digital marketing strategies, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver timely results. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and a preference for frontend design.
