Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational functions, including logistics, service contract programs, deal support, compliance, and people operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Third Party Vendor Management and Internal Process Control: Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and third party vendors. Negotiate with service providers and third party vendors to secure favorable terms. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize information and process flow and handle exceptions effectively. Financial Oversight Coordinate invoicing processes with vendors and internal teams. Maintain accurate reporting of operational costs and contribute to budgeting efforts. Strategic Collaboration Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between sales, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment. Provide guidelines and support to sales teams to prioritize leads and opportunities. Process Improvement: Develop and implement new operational processes for emerging product categories. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management Work with legal counsel to develop compliant operational procedures. Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies. People and Office Operations IT and Systems Management: Oversee IT infrastructure and manage access to software applications. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes concerning technology and access control. Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations to create a productive work environment. Coordinate with facilities and handle administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and financial reporting tools. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the industry. Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships effectively. Experience with IT management and familiarity with SaaS applications.
