Systems Administrator (Associate-Level)
to join our team in support of the US Army's Network Enterprise Center at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Must be a US Citizen Secret Clearance required Non-remote (relocation incentive available) As a
Systems Administrator (Associate-Level)
you will be responsible for the administration of the Government IT systems environment by serving as the first point of contact for identified customer issues or requests. You will also be responsible for the sustainment, troubleshooting, and patching of systems including servers and user devices while ensuring the network remains secure and compliant with all DoD guidelines and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems. Maintain server environment stability through review of monitoring tools and application of patches after testing. Update and maintain SOPs and knowledge management solutions for continuity and training Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, computers, and software necessary for the successful operation in baseline compliance requirements. Work with users to troubleshoot and remediate issues. Manage data backups of servers and equipment configurations per recovery guidelines. Implement patch remediation on systems to ensure network security and compliance with Cybersecurity guidelines and regulations. Create, update, and maintain databases required for mission-related functions. Support migration efforts to cloud based environments including integration of new technologies, decommissioning of existing hardware, and documentation. Qualifications
US Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.). Five (5+) years in a Desktop Support/PC Support role. Have and maintain certificates in MS Server 2016, Server 2019, Windows 10, or Microsoft Modern Desktop. Sharepoint-related site administration, optimization, and development experience. Preferred:
Active secret clearance. BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, etc.). Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems. Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next several weeks, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
