Familiarity with rolling machines out.
Setting up accounts and user settings within active directory
Troubleshooting machines to make sure they are functioning properly.
Experience troubleshooting network problems (understanding of TCP/IP, and DNS)
Experience support Windows and Mac
Windows 10, office 365
Mac Multiple versions (Nice to have)
AV Support Experience
Microsoft Office
Prefer experience with 2013, 2016 as well as Office 365
Navigation and understanding of Active Directory users and computers
Windows 7 and 10 experience. Mac OSX experience a plus.
Imaging Systems
Understanding of GPO and file permissions
Ability to Troubleshoot applications commonly installed on Windows and Macs
Comfort troubleshooting hardware of desktops and laptops including Dell, Lenovo and Apple
Ability to troubleshoot network problems
Understand TCP/IP and how a computer joins the network
Internet troubleshooting such as understanding of DNS and traceroute
Position will require ability to take phone calls, work at users desks and be able to physically move machines
