Job Description Summary The Principal Technical Product Manager role focuses on driving process maturity enhancements and leading the development of key components and business capabilities within the Dassault Enovia PLM system.

This role is pivotal in maintaining and evolving the PLM system, the core of our Product Data Management (PDM) ecosystem, which is closely integrated with the broader GEHC ecosystem.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and system functionality, driving continuous improvement in product data management practices. Influences key stakeholders in design and planning decisions. Combines the customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications and user-friendly applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and realization of value to the business. Partner with product management, engineering, manufacturing, service, and sourcing teams to align the PLM system with business needs and ensure it remains up-to-date and effective. Apply cross-functional knowledge of Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial and Service processes, into PLM tool capability to deliver solutions, bringing NPI cycle time improvements & integrated systems productivity

System development: Develop user requirement specifications through translation of business capabilities and process. Translate unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects & technical teams in the planning and effective application of technical elements of change, and risk management principles where required. Develop and deliver training material to the PLM install base on incremental releases and periodically as required

System Integration: Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready. Engage with the Technical team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions. Partner with stakeholders to develop strategy of seamless integration of the PLM system with ERP, ITO, Supply chain, Engineering and Quality systems of the GEHC ecosystem, supporting end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. Business, computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) preferred. A minimum of 12 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials in product management, particularly within PLM systems such as Dassault Enovia. Sever or more years of relevant work experience in product management/Business Analysis in Enovia PLM with strong functional & implementation knowledge on Change Management, Configuration Management, regulatory/compliance and Item/ BOM Management processes. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements. Desired Characteristics

Deep technology, process and domain expertise in improving product life cycle management process using PLM Enovia platform. Quality Management System (QMS) & Design Controls process knowledge. Understand the 21 CFR Part 11 regulations as they apply to Computer systems validation from a packaged application perspective Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders. Business-level communication is a must Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others throughout their domain. Define the skills, competencies in the skills and talents for the team members. Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovative / enhancements, and analysis of consequences. Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge. Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas.
