We are offering a 3–6-month contract employment opportunity for a Data Collector in San Francisco, California. This role primarily involves testing a mechanical gripping device, providing feedback to the engineering team, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a mechanical gripping device and assess its performance

• Provide constructive feedback on the device's functionality to the engineering team

• Stand for extended periods during device testing

• Assist with administrative tasks during downtime periods

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of tests and feedback

• Deliver high-quality customer service while addressing inquiries

• Monitor and manage customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Conduct order entry tasks as required

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Able to hold mechanical device for long periods of time conducting the same task

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Willingness to learn new software and tools related to data collection

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
