Job Summary

The Production Tech will execute a variety of manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of the head chef. The shift is Monday - Thursday, from 6:00am-4:00pm. The Production Tech will be responsible for assisting in the operations of assembling and breaking down equipment, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, as well as maintaining compliance with products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in preparation of daily edible production
Assemble machinery and prepare materials for edible production
Pour, sugar, and package product
Prep packaged product for pickup

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Must live within 45 miles of the facility
Reliable transportation
No scheduling conflicts
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to bend down, pivot, and lift at least 50 pounds
Slip and grease-resistant shoes are REQUIRED to meet safety regulations

Education
