What Youll Be Doing:


  • Leadership: Guide a high-performing maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment reliability and safety compliance.


  • Reliability-Centered Maintenance: Implement strategies that drive machine uptime, improve OEE, and reduce operational costs.


  • Technical Expertise: Apply advanced reliability tools (e.g., FMEAs, 5Whys) to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.


  • Project Management: Oversee capital projects, department budgets, and process improvements.


  • Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives aligned with the companys Total Productive Maintenance and Maintenance Excellence processes.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 3+ years leading a manufacturing maintenance team or 5+ years in supervisory roles in an industrial environment.


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.


  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, root cause analysis, and process optimization. Familiarity with CMMS and TPM is preferred.


  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work on-site in Winchester, KY, with occasional on-call requirements for weekends and after-hours.
