We are looking for a diligent Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the process of assisting with loan applications and ensuring compliance with various regulatory, investor, and bank guidelines. You will also be expected to handle a high volume of administrative tasks and offer excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the preparation of all consumer loan documents is carried out accurately
• Abide by and ensure compliance with detailed regulatory, investor, and bank guidelines
• Assist your team in managing a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
• Maintain an excellent standard of customer service at all times
• Compile and review relevant documents as part of the loan process• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within the non-profit sector
• Proven skills in compiling and reviewing documents with high attention to detail
• Strong customer service abilities, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience in coordinating and managing schedules, appointments and deadlines
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
