Partners Professionals is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant, located in Irvine, CA. Temp to hire M-F 8-5pm, onsite, offering $25/hr.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
· Review and input customer orders
· Email quotes to customers
· Research customer open order reports and update on excel spreadsheets
· Create invoices from daily shipments and update software
· Post information in accounting software
· Sort and match purchase orders/invoices
· Research/resolve discrepancies with purchase orders/invoices
· Create/manage excel spreadsheets
· Liaison between administration and various internal departments
· Customer service interface
· Assist with various administration and clerical functions including, but not limited to, phone support, data entry and filing
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
· Must have knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Adobe
· Must be detailed oriented and highly organized and able to prioritize
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must be able to work independently and as a team
· Must have prior experience in an office environment (min 5 years)
· Must have good interpersonal skills
