Administrative Specialist

Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary Administrative Specialist for a major health care organization in the downtown, Honolulu area. This candidate will support the Sex Abuse Treatment Center. Ideal candidate will be compassionate and extremely discrete.

Primary duties:
  • Front desk admin responsibilities
  • Greeting guests
  • Answering phones
  • General clerical as assigned

Minimum requirements:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to have discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized, flexible, able to multitask
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Additional Information:
  • Position Type: Full time, Temporary Opportunity for 2- 3 months minimum
  • Pay: $20-21/hr based on experience
  • Location: Downtown Honolulu, 96813
  • Parking- on own, parking options in nearby garages, subsidy available
  • Schedule: Full time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, 8AM – 4:30 PM
