Total Compensation:  $23.57 + 11 paid holidays + sick leave
Hourly Rate:  $19.00 plus Health & Welfare Hourly Rate:  $4.57

Job Availability 24/7 facility, shifts vary, need availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays (current opening is for Tues, Weds 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 to 8:30 (your choice of days or overnights)
Education:  High School Diploma
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite:  Outlook, Word, Excel, Notes
  • U. S. Citizen
  • Ability to pass a background check.
POSITION SUMMARY:  General Clerk III position is an entry level position that is needed to support the US Army. Staff overall duties are to support Visitor In and Out processing for personnel coming on site. The contractor shall provide internal customer support, reflecting a high degree of competency, courtesy, and professionalism. Provide customer service to internal clients (employees, managers, contractor and visitors to the base). Provide primary administrative support to multiple groups with the U.S. Army and to be cross trained in other areas to provide support when needed (e.g. Space Management Training, Event Planning/Management, Audio/Video conferencing, etc.)
Duties Include:
  • Manage assigned equipment, office and front reception desk space.
  • Greet Visitors and process visitor passes.
  • Provide continuous in-person support at the staff duty desk.
  • Manage phones.
  • Provide visitor escorts.
  • Support In and out processing.
  • Create and process documents.
  • Track Correspondence.
  • Manage files and documents.
  • Create and maintain continuity books.
  • Calendar management.
  • Meeting support.
  • Hand Receipt Inventory and documentation.
  • Lead ARIMS Coordinator.
  • Fire Warden.
  • Accountability Officer/Space Coordinator/Work Order Coordinator.
  • Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Training tracking.
  • Supply inventory and management.
  • Shredding.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.
