Total Compensation: $23.57 + 11 paid holidays + sick leave
Hourly Rate: $19.00 plus Health & Welfare Hourly Rate: $4.57

Job Availability: 24/7 facility, shifts vary, need availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays (current opening is for Tues, Weds 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 to 8:30 (your choice of days or overnights)

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Notes
- U. S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a background check.
Duties Include:
- Manage assigned equipment, office and front reception desk space.
- Greet Visitors and process visitor passes.
- Provide continuous in-person support at the staff duty desk.
- Manage phones.
- Provide visitor escorts.
- Support In and out processing.
- Create and process documents.
- Track Correspondence.
- Manage files and documents.
- Create and maintain continuity books.
- Calendar management.
- Meeting support.
- Hand Receipt Inventory and documentation.
- Lead ARIMS Coordinator.
- Fire Warden.
- Accountability Officer/Space Coordinator/Work Order Coordinator.
- Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Training tracking.
- Supply inventory and management.
- Shredding.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
