SUMMARY: The Administrative Support Coordinator coordinates and/or performs a wide variety of administrative and support activities in our Aircraft Maintenance department.

The Administrative Support Coordinator must uphold the philosophy and mission of the University while instilling a positive and progressive attitude in all employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
  • Conduct all duties and responsibilities to achieve a win-win situation for students and the College.
  • Prepare maintenance reports for monthly tracking and annual budgetary needs.
  • Implements new inventory procedures as needed.
  • Maintain, order and update inventory for maintenance.
  • Send out oil samples weekly.
  • Ships and receives orders and approves invoices.
  • Compile inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies and file as necessary.
  • Data entry, tracking, and filing
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, as appropriate, in a highly professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner
  • Assist in the execution of day to day business including, but not limited to, answering phones and placing calls, managing email, reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
