SUMMARY: The Administrative Support Coordinator coordinates and/or performs a wide variety of administrative and support activities in our Aircraft Maintenance department.
The Administrative Support Coordinator must uphold the philosophy and mission of the University while instilling a positive and progressive attitude in all employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Conduct all duties and responsibilities ethically and professionally.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in education.
- Conduct all duties and responsibilities to achieve a win-win situation for students and the College.
- Prepare maintenance reports for monthly tracking and annual budgetary needs.
- Implements new inventory procedures as needed.
- Maintain, order and update inventory for maintenance.
- Send out oil samples weekly.
- Ships and receives orders and approves invoices.
- Compile inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies and file as necessary.
- Data entry, tracking, and filing
- Communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, as appropriate, in a highly professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner
- Assist in the execution of day to day business including, but not limited to, answering phones and placing calls, managing email, reporting
- Other duties as assigned
