Administrative Support:

  • Maintain Records: Keep all records up-to-date and accurately filed, including both physical and digital documents. Ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Order Marketing Materials: Coordinate with suppliers to order and restock marketing materials as needed. Track inventory and manage distribution.
  • Manage Mailing Lists: Regularly update and manage mailing lists to ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Segment lists for targeted outreach.

Community Engagement:

  • Attend and Co-facilitate Events: Participate in community events, helping to organize and facilitate activities to engage attendees. Provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Recruit Volunteers: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new volunteers to support various community initiatives. Provide training and ongoing support to volunteers.

Social Media:

  • Create Posts: Develop engaging content for social media platforms to promote events, share updates, and highlight community stories. Use multimedia elements like images and videos.
  • Respond to Communications: Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media to maintain active engagement with the audience. Address inquiries and feedback promptly.

Event Logistics:

  • Coordinate with Vendors and Staff: Liaise with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships
Requirements:
  • Hours: 30-40 per week
  • Pay: Start at $22.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts
