Job Title: Bilingual Community Engagement Coordinator

Role: Support outreach efforts, ensure effective communication, and foster community connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, order marketing materials, manage mailing lists.
  • Community Engagement: Attend and co-facilitate events, recruit volunteers.
  • Data Collection: Plan community needs assessments, gather and analyze data, prepare reports.
  • Social Media: Create posts, respond to communications, facilitate online conversations.
  • Event Logistics: Plan logistics, develop budgets, coordinate with vendors and staff.


    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
    • High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
    • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft programs.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) for community outreach.
    • Experience with databases and data entry.
    • Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends for outreach events.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

    Additional Information:

    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
    • Completion of a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check required.
    • 30-40 hours per week.
    • Full paid benefits are available.

    Compensation: $20-$22 per hour.
