We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. In this critical role, you will provide top-tier nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

What youll be doing

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patient conditions are documented and communicated appropriately.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all healthcare disciplines, facilitating smooth, well-coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders with precision.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition for patients.

Requirements

• Active RN license, with experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) preferred.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Two professional references required.
