What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans with a strong focus on telemetry

• Record and communicate patient conditions, ensuring timely and accurate updates

• Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care for seamless treatment processes

• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision

• Plan and assist in patient discharge in collaboration with the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse, preferably with telemetry experience

• Skills: Proficiency as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry, with a solid foundation in patient monitoring and care coordination
