We're looking for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a dynamic critical care unit on a contract basis. This role offers a rewarding blend of clinical challenge and teamwork in a well-supported environment. With a set schedule and great hourly pay, this role is perfect for an experienced RN looking to make a difference in patients' lives over a focused three-month contract.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $50.45 per hour with an additional reward amount of $5.04 per hour for a total of $55.49/hr.

• Flexible Shift Pattern: Enjoy a consistent 3-day, 12-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work week.

• Contract Opportunity: A three-month contract from November 11, 2024, to February 11, 2025.

• Onsite Role in Mason City, IA: Work in a well-equipped critical care environment dedicated to patient-centered care.

What youll be doing:

• Provide dedicated nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients within the ICU.

• Implement and follow individualized medical care plans for each patient.

• Supervise and guide nursing personnel assigned to your unit.

• Maintain smooth unit operations in the absence of the Head Nurse.

• Address other related responsibilities as required to support patient and unit needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, particularly in a traveling or high-acuity setting.

• Skills: Strong clinical skills with an ability to manage critical care demands effectively.
