About the Job

Were looking for an experienced Medical/Surgical RN to bring compassion, expertise, and energy to our team in Des Moines. Youll play a critical role in managing and coordinating care for patients with ENT, diabetes, and general surgical needs, ensuring each patient receives attentive, high-quality treatment. This is a 3-month, contract-to-hire role with a rewarding compensation structure and a collaborative environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions.

• Act as the primary coordinator for patient care, ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines.

• Follow physician and nursing orders precisely, providing optimal support for each patient.

• Assist with discharge planning by coordinating with the healthcare team, supporting patient recovery beyond hospital care.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Medical/Surgical RN.

• Skills: Proficient in medical-surgical procedures and patient care, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
