What youll be doing:

• Patient Care Coordination: Implement, monitor, and adapt patient care plans, and ensure all disciplines are aligned for cohesive patient care.

• Clinical Assessment: Continuously assess and communicate patient conditions and progress.

• Physician and Nursing Orders: Document and execute orders accurately, ensuring compliance and optimal patient outcomes.

• Discharge Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team on discharge needs, setting patients up for success after their hospital stay.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Medical/Surgical RN.

• Specialized Skills: Expertise in Medical/Surgical care and comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
