We are looking for a dedicated RN Medical/Surgical Nurse to join our team in Wichita, KS, for a 3-month contract role. • Competitive compensation: $53.65/hr for non-local candidates, including taxable and per diem components.
• Local rate of $42.92/hr for candidates within a 50-mile radius.

• A 12-hour shift schedule (19:00 to 07:30) with 3 shifts per week, providing flexibility and a balanced workweek.
• Work at a premier medical facility in Wichita, KS.

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring all aspects of care are coordinated.
• Record, monitor, and communicate patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of patient discharges, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions for patients.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with a focus on Medical/Surgical nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Must have work authorization (Green Card or U.S. Citizenship).
