What you'll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans while closely observing and documenting patient conditions.

• Acting as the primary coordinator for various disciplines to ensure cohesive and efficient patient care.

• Executing physician and nursing orders and closely coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an RN in a Medical-Surgical setting.

• Certifications: Registered Nurse licensed to work in Medical/Surgical environments.

• Skills: Proven ability in managing patient care plans, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination.
