We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join a dynamic healthcare team at our clients facility in Grand Blanc, MI. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring coordinated care plans, and supporting patients through their recovery process.

What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate.
• Serving as the primary coordinator of patient care, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated process.
• Noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
• Assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Adapting to new assignments every 4 hours, based on staffing needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS preferred.
• Competency in basic dysrhythmia testing.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• This is a float position with regular shifts across different departments.
