What Youll Be Doing:

• Implementing and monitoring personalized patient care plans.

• Recording and communicating patient conditions and changes.

• Coordinating effectively with other healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless care.

• Following physician and nursing orders meticulously.

• Assessing and arranging discharge plans with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years in Labor and Delivery nursing.

• Skills: Proficient in RN Labor and Delivery practices, with traveler experience preferred.
