RN Labor and Delivery Nurse

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of care for the Labor and Delivery Unit.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate discharge planning needs.
• Potentially float to other sites within 40 miles, as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery, with additional experience in Mom-Baby, OR Circulator, PACU recovery, and Charge RN roles being advantageous.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to work every 3rd weekend, with varied on-call shifts when necessary.
