What youll be doing:

• Patient Care: Implement and monitor individualized care plans for laboring patients.

• Collaboration: Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care to ensure a seamless experience.

• Monitoring: Record and communicate patient conditions; follow physician and nursing orders diligently.

• Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate discharge plans with the healthcare team to support ongoing patient needs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk delivery environment.
