What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans.

• Record and communicate patient conditions, collaborating closely with the healthcare team.

• Act as a primary coordinator across disciplines for well-integrated patient care.

• Facilitate discharge planning, ensuring smooth patient transitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.

• Willingness to work with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients.

• Adherence to hospital guidelines regarding nail hygiene (no artificial/acrylic nails; nails must be short).

• Ability to float to different departments or facilities within a 40-mile radius if necessary.
