About the job:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN specializing in Labor and Delivery to join a dynamic team at our healthcare facility in Thiensville, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver top-quality care to mothers and newborns while being part of a supportive and innovative medical team. This contract role is for 3 months, working onsite with 12-hour night shifts, 3 days a week, from 19:00-07:30.

What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans in Labor and Delivery.
• Serving as the primary coordinator to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions.
• Following physician and nursing orders to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assisting with discharge planning and coordinating with other healthcare team members.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, mother-baby care, OR circulator, PACU recovery, and charge RN duties.
• Ability to work every 3rd weekend and on-call shifts as needed.
• Willingness to float onsite within the skill set and to other sites within 40 miles if required.
• Valid RN License and eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. Citizen).
