Location: Alameda, CA
Pay Range: $40+/hr & Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:30 pm 4:30 am, Monday-Friday

Are you an experienced Industrial Welding and Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our industrial equipment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What You'll Do:
- Industrial Welding: Perform Mig, Tig, and Arc welding to repair and maintain critical industrial machinery, ensuring seamless operations across the production floor.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Safely work with industrial electrical systems (24-480 volts), read and interpret electrical schematics, and use multimeters to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Comprehensive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and repairs on filling and assembly lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, dock levelers, and other vital industrial equipment.
- Troubleshooting Mastery: Use your technical skills to interpret system error messages, diagnose malfunctions, and execute timely repairs to keep production running without a hitch.
- Specialized Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and repair specialized industrial production machines, ensuring they perform at optimal levels.
- Maintenance Schedules: Follow a detailed maintenance schedule to keep all equipment in top condition, including performing line changeovers and setups.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial welding and electrical maintenance.
- Welding Proficiency: Expertise in Mig, Tig, and Arc welding is a must.
- Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work weekends, evenings, or overtime as needed.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn new skills and take on challenging projects.
