Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments for service repairs and parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate service appointments and maintain scheduling to optimize workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their vehicles and address any inquiries.
  • Maintain records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
