Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their service needs.
- Process payments for service repairs and parts accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate service appointments and maintain scheduling to optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide updates to customers regarding their vehicles and address any inquiries.
- Maintain records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
