All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position: Production Worker

A Production Worker is responsible for operating a variety of machines, assembling jewelry products, checking items for quality, and packaging items for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and effectively in multiple departments
• Assemble and inspect products
• Safely use mechanical aids such as computers, box cutters, scanners, etc.
• Use basic design software to personalize products
• Perform packaging duties as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work well as a team
• Thorough understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced

Available Schedules (subject to change based on production needs to include overtime and weekends):

• 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
• 12:00 am - 8:00 am
