Position Overview:
We are seeking a Replenishment Center Supervisor to lead the operations at our replenishment center, ensuring efficient processing, storage, and distribution of inventory to our retail stores. This role involves coordinating the flow of donated and purchased inventory, and maintaining an organized and safe replenishment environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in inventory management, logistics, or warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the replenishment center, ensuring efficient processing, organization, and distribution of inventory to ReStores.
- Collaborate with ReStore management to assess inventory needs and identify high-demand items.
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment with the ReStores aligned with Habitat for Humanity’s values.
- Coordinate and optimize inventory flow, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of retail store stock.
- Physically move product between ReStores and warehouse on a daily basis.
- Implement and maintain inventory management procedures, including receiving, sorting, and tracking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Provide regular updates on inventory levels and operational performance, making adjustments to meet store requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, which may require lifting heavy items.
- Manage scheduling to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management; prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software or systems
- Ability to lift and move items up to 80 lbs, walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to drive box truck and flat bed truck to different sites
- Ability to use fork truck, pallet jacks and other warehousing equipment
- Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends and holidays

- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver license and safe driving record
- Willingness to work with volunteers
- Desire to work with diverse staff and customer base
