Requirement: Knowledge of auto parts manufacturing, metal stamping coupled with Supervisory experience. Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate proficiency with radial arm drill press, lathe, bridge port, milling machine, various surface grinders, band saw, cut-off saw, Wire EDM & Sinker, OD grinder, 3D models and programming of CNC Mills from 3D surface models. In-Press Troubleshooting/Evaluation Countermeasure solutions in relation to dies/tooling/fixture for quality related and operational issues Maintaining of die maintenance spare parts (Value & Stock) Die Improvements (documentation of progress, i.e. before and after pictures, performance related results Supplying CAD, 3D Data to Vendors for spare parts for dies.
