Tax Supervisor Job at Relevante in Akron

Salary: $ 105,000.00

We have partnered with a large CPA and Advisory firm in Akron, OH area to provide them with a Tax Supervisor. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Tax Supervisor:

#1. Minimum of 4 years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm required.

#2. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, Master's degree preferred

#3. Strong corporate tax background and technical skills

#4. Experience in one or more specialized areas/industries

Requirements of the Tax Supervisor:

• At least 4 years of recent experience in taxation within a public accounting setting is essential.
• CPA certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively, with strong motivational and coaching skills.
• Established as a role model through both professional conduct and technical expertise.
• Background in one or more specialized industries is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
• Solid expertise in corporate taxation and related technical areas.

Other Key Requirements:

• Teleflex schedule: They can choose to work remote, hybrid, or in office
• The candidate would be located in Akron/Cleveland however we are open to all of Ohio (not looking for candidates outside of OH at this time)
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
