Salary: $ 157,500.00

We have partnered with a non-profit organization in the Amarillo, TX area to provide them with an Executive Director. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Executive Director:

#1. Master's degree in human service.

#2. Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrator's license within one year of employment.

#3. Minimum 10 years in upper-level management within a related field, with strong experience in residential childcare program design, multi-layered staff supervision, and budget management.

#4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking, community relations, and time management skills.

Requirements of the Executive Director:

• Master's degree in a human services field is preferred.
• Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrator's license within one year of employment.
• Minimum 10 years in upper-level management within a related field, with strong experience in residential childcare program design, multi-layered staff supervision, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking, community relations, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand-eye coordination, and prolonged sitting/standing.
• Valid Texas driver's license and availability for travel as required.

Other Key Requirements for the Executive Director:

• 100% work on-site
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
