Food & Beverage Production Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Production Supervisor with a strong background in aseptic processing to join our production team. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality and safety, and managing personnel in a fast-paced, aseptic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in food or beverage production, demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques, and previous supervisory experience in the food or beverage industry. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Supervise and manage all production activities within the facility to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure adherence to all company production standards, schedules, and protocols, particularly aseptic processing requirements. Monitor equipment operation and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Aseptic Process Management: Oversee aseptic filling and packaging operations, ensuring compliance with strict sanitary standards. Ensure that all aseptic procedures are followed by the team, maintaining a sterile production environment to prevent contamination. Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards. Develop, enforce, and monitor compliance with company policies, HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations. Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Coach team members on aseptic techniques, quality control practices, and production efficiency. Schedule, assign tasks, and manage shift rotations to optimize production. Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and maintain raw material inventory levels for production, ensuring timely and efficient use. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage supply orders and reduce production disruptions. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage production environment. Proven experience with aseptic processing and sterilization techniques. Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aseptic production, sanitation, and sterilization processes. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and FDA compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and train production teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software. Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position. Ability to work in a high-temperature, fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
