Kinsa is recruiting for a Manufacturing ManagerLocation:
Beloit, WI (100% onsite, with relocation assistance)
Our client is a pioneer of aseptic fruit production. The company still abides by the values it was found on -- quality, value, innovation and service. As they expand, they are looking to add a Manufacturing Manager to their new plant in Beloit, WI. You will assist with planning and oversight of a new production room and line installation, as well as other key building improvements. Once building improvements and production line fabrication and installation are complete, you will assist in hiring for the new operation and then likely become Plant Manager. In this critical role, you will ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Must be knowledgeable in Aseptic food processing. Excellent leadership skills. Bilingual preferred.Compensation/Benefits:

Oversee overall performance and resources for manufacturing operations; provide direct mentorship and coaching to other leaders.Cultivate a Safety-First culture by encouraging employee involvement.Define financial performance objectives and KPIs. Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve them.Provide supervision and and oversee staffing initiatives. Ensure team members are properly trained and understand their duties. Provide timely coaching, guidance, and feedback.Manage the facility to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Safety, MSDS).Ensure the facility adheres to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as certifications like Kosher, Organic, or SQF when applicable. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations.Competencies Needed for Success:
5+ years experience in Low Acid, Acidified, or High Acid processes food manufacturing.Familiarity with SQF, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards.Mechanically inclined. Knowledge of food pumps and liquid fillers required.Some operations/leadership experience, since this job will probably evolve into a Plant Manager role.Solid experience contributing to, working with and following budgets.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Forklift experience required.
