Location: Maple Lake, MN

Salary: $55,000 - $63,000/year

Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday (flexible hours available)

Duties of the shipping supervisor:

• Supervise the shipping department, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments
• Coordinate with the warehouse manager and department supervisors to prioritize orders
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain shipping records
• Develop and implement procedures for improved accuracy, efficiency, and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, and errors
• Communicate with vendors to arrange pick-ups, rates, and resolve shipping-related issues

Requirements of the shipping supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in supply chain management preferred
• 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics, with 1+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with shipping software, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit or stand for long periods
