What you will do as a Shipping Supervisor:

• Supervise and train the shipping team
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of shipments
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the Warehouse Manager and other teams
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or overstock
• Improve shipping processes for efficiency and safety
• Maintain shipping records and resolve shipping issues
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to arrange pickups and negotiate rates
• Prepare and analyze shipping reports for improvement opportunities

What you need to be a Shipping Supervisor:

• 3+ years in shipping/logistics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient in shipping software, warehouse systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Work in environments with noise, dust, heat, or cold
• Forklift certification
