Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant t to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our healthcare facility by performing various front office receptionist duties.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations.
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with patient registration and check-in procedures.
Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and forms as required.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care.
Perform other duties as assigned by office manager and/or practice owner.
Assist in Marketing tasks for clinic growth
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service mindset.
Proficient in using standard office software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Hours: 8 to 12
