Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our home health team. This role involves providing therapy services to patients in their homes, with no holiday requirements.

Coverage/Territory Info:
Travelers are assigned to the same territory as our employees. Once onboard, our PT team will assist in making efficient patient visits.

Territories Include:

• North: Southern edge of Oshkosh, Eldorado, Rosendale, Van Dyne
• South: Brownsville, Lomira, Mayville, Theresa, Horicon, Campbellsport, Bryon, Oakfield
• East: St. Cloud, Mt. Calvary, Taycheedah, Calumet, Kiel, New Holstein
• West: Ripon, Princeton, Markesan, Berlin
• And everything in between!

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience Required: 6 months
• First-Timers Accepted: Yes
