Job Description: Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Wilson, North Carolina to hire Physical Therapists. Requirements: - Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in North Carolina - American Heart Association BLS - At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist - Prior experience in hospice care Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).
