Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Celina, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Contract
Contract Duration: Full School Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans for students.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to support students' physical development and mobility.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, teachers, and other school staff to ensure effective therapy delivery.
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• municate regularly with parents and caregivers about students' progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience working with children and in school settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
