Job Description

Acting in a lead capacity or in complex situations, the Clinical Social Worker is responsible for providing direct and indirect services to patients, families, and community members. This role also involves assisting the Behavioral Health Services Coordinator of Social Work in program planning and development for specific service populations.

• Coordinate discharge planning and family evaluations.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and chart reviews.
• Engage in social service activities and offer support to service populations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Basic knowledge of keyboarding and computer functions

• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to effect change
• CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
• Certified Clinical Social Worker (CCSW) certification

Work Environment

The Clinical Social Worker will be working on the clinic side rather than in the hospital. The role offers paid time off while on contract as well as paid holidays.
