Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Social Worker to join our team in Crestwood, IL for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay rate starting at $34.00 to $43.50+/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and counseling to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and develop interventions to address student needs.
• Foster a positive school environment through education and advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Illinois LCSW or LMSW and a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement.
• Previous school experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
