Job Description:
As a kennelTeam Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our four-legged guests receive the highest level of care and attention during their stay in the resort.. This role involves working weekends and holidays, where you’ll be hands-on with our guests, ensuring they are happy, safe, and comfortable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care and supervision for dogs and cats, including feeding, exercising, and administering medications
• Monitor and engage with animals during playtime in our daycare or resort areas
• Ensure clean and tidy accommodations for all animals, maintaining high hygiene standards
• Assist with grooming and bathing services as needed
• Communicate with pet owners about their pets’ behavior, needs, and care instructions
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations in a busy environment

Requirements:

• Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional care
• Ability to work weekends and holidays (this is a must!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Experience with animal care is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Reliable, positive attitude, and a team player
